By accessing the 366ph Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet, wager, or game entry, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with 366ph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Operator.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 366ph Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account or participate in any real-money game on the 366ph Platform. Each natural person may register only one (1) Account on the 366ph Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered by the same person using different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — are strictly prohibited. 366ph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds associated with fraudulent multi-accounting.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 366ph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs (OTPs) with any third party. 366ph will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your Account is presumed to have been carried out by you unless you notify 366ph of unauthorized access immediately upon discovery.
Before processing any withdrawal, 366ph requires Members to complete KYC verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include a passport, driver's license, or PhilSys National ID. KYC may also be triggered by deposit thresholds, withdrawal amounts, or risk management procedures at 366ph's discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restrictions.
366ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). 366ph does not charge processing fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
The minimum deposit amount at 366ph is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. GCash and Maya deposits credit instantly to your PHP Wallet during normal operating conditions.
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds used are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorized owner of the payment method used. 366ph prohibits the use of funds obtained through illegal activity. If 366ph has reasonable grounds to suspect that deposited funds are of illicit origin, the Platform reserves the right to freeze the Account, withhold funds, and report the matter to relevant authorities.
If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your 366ph PHP Wallet within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact 366ph support with your transaction reference number. Chargebacks or disputed transactions will be investigated and may result in Account suspension pending resolution.
Withdrawals are available to Members who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing with no active disputes or pending investigations. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements as specified in the relevant promotional terms.
366ph targets the following withdrawal processing times, subject to KYC status and standard banking operating hours:
Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. 366ph reserves the right to request an alternative payment method where the original method is unavailable or where risk management considerations apply.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per calendar day vary by account tier and are communicated in the account dashboard. 366ph may request additional documentation for large withdrawals.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by 366ph are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be staked on eligible games. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements — contribution percentages are specified per promotion.
366ph actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds in low-variance strategies designed specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine play risk, and collusion with other players for the purpose of meeting bonus conditions. Any Member found to have abused promotions may have their Account suspended, bonus funds voided, and associated winnings confiscated.
All games available on 366ph use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for electronic games, and genuine live dealer operation streamed in real time for live casino games. Game results are final and binding. 366ph does not manipulate game outcomes in favor of or against any Member.
If a Member's internet connection is interrupted during an active game round, any bet already confirmed by the server prior to disconnection remains valid and the game result will be processed normally. Winnings from confirmed bets will be credited to the Member's PHP Wallet upon reconnection. 366ph is not liable for losses arising from Member-side connectivity issues.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or game error that affects the outcome of any game, 366ph reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes to the affected Member's PHP Wallet. Bets placed on a malfunctioning game will not be honored where the malfunction is clearly identifiable and documented by the platform's game logs.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and per game variant. These limits are displayed on each game's table or interface before any bet is placed. 366ph reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time, including implementing individual Member limits as part of responsible gaming measures.

If 366ph discovers that a Member is under 21, the Account will be closed immediately, all real-money game play will be voided, and deposits will be refunded to the extent permitted by law.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 366ph Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of funds:
366ph reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or any activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other Members.
Following investigation of a suspended Account, 366ph may permanently terminate the Account if a material breach of these Terms is confirmed. Upon termination for breach, 366ph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where applicable under law, real-money funds in the PHP Wallet if they are found to be directly connected to fraudulent or prohibited activity.
Members may close their Account at any time by contacting 366ph support via live chat. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements must be cleared or Bonus Funds forfeited. Remaining real-money PHP Wallet balances will be withdrawn to the Member's verified payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 366ph and its Operator, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms limits 366ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
All content on the 366ph Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, images, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 366ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content without prior written consent from 366ph is strictly prohibited.
366ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
366ph may share Member data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and payment processors where required by law or necessary for the prevention of fraud and money laundering. 366ph implements industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect Member data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.
366ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via email to the registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the 366ph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. 366ph operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the 366ph Platform, Members are encouraged to first contact 366ph's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. 366ph will respond to all written complaints within five (5) business days.
If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
